Meagan- I can’t thank you enough for sharing your knowledge on the best ways to care for little one’s naturally, especially when they have fevers. You’ve completely changed the way I handle my two daughter’s fevers. Prior to finding your site a couple years ago, I would rush my now 3 and 8 year old to urgent care for a high fever. Now I draw a bath with apple cider vinegar and ginger, which works like a miracle each and every time, to reduce their fever if it is very high, as well as the aches from the colds/flu. Instead of ibuprofen I’m armed with herbal tea and popsicles. You’ve changed the way I care for them, and I’ve meant to write and thank you for a long time. My youngest is ill today and I read through some of your older posts, and realized I never did write to say thanks. You’re an inspiration to me, and the source of so much wisdom. Thank you for sharing it.

Be well and Happy Easter to you and your family!
    Tracy
